I’ve watched too many leaders:

  • Care deeply
  • Work hard
  • Avoid the decisions that mattered most

Not because they were weak — but because no one showed them how to redesign the environment their people were working in.

That’s where spirit dies.

Business Think exists to restore the human spirit at the center of business — because when you build people, they build everything else.

Where I Draw the Line

I will not excuse leadership inaction.
If you believe:

  • Your people are the problem
  • You shouldn’t have to change
  • Toxic behavior can wait

We’re not a fit.

If you believe leadership owns the environment —
this work will matter to you.

I believe leaders own the environment their people work in.
Most employee problems are not employee failures.
They are the result of leadership inaction.
Not knowing what to do is human.
Avoiding the responsibility to act is not.
I’m willing to lose business over this belief —
because protecting the spirit of a company requires ownership, not excuses.
